Ulland's Enthusiasm for Byway, Community, and Learning Inspires Memorial Scholarship

Learning more is taking on a new and added complexion now with the development of a scholarship.

Following the Christmastime loss of long-time board member and inspirational supporter, Linda Ulland, the Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway Association board was itself inspired to establish a scholarship in her memory.
